In my family research I have followed back the four main lines of my heritage: the Ellis family, the Digweed family, the Sarginson’s and the Barrett’s. Over time I will add information about each family tree and develop stories about each one. The picture is of my grandparents on their wedding day in 1929 which was taken in front of the gatehouse of Escrick Park. I have been very lucky to have been given it, and some others, by a relative. The following is a picture of the wood we played in as children.
